Who we are
Bambu Chinese Brasserie is one of the first Asian restaurants in Ostia Lido. Recently redesigned, the restaurant intends to reproduce atmosphere of a living room in Asia: the wallpaper, the mahogany furnishings, the brighten Zen garden with real Bamboo and a relaxing tatami corner.
It is a prefect place to sip a cup of hot jasmine tea, o a glass of sake beside a dish of Peking duck.
Our cuisine
We undertake the philosophy of following the Chinese traditional cooking and preparation techniques. Our Chefs come from the cooking school in China, with solid knowledge and techniques. They are specialized in school of “Zhe cai-Hang Bang”.
In our menu’ “Nostalgic China” you can find authentic, representative dishes from different region of China such as Peking duck. Whereas, in “Special Dishes and Thai Cuisine” you can find fusion creation, our attempt to combine different ingredients from Italy, China, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia.

Our choice of ingredients may vary from those of Italian local market to Asian typical spices, thus creating a real fusion philosophy.
